Majvor reads your inbox, defends your calendar, books your meetings, chases your follow-ups and watches the threads you care about — on your own private infrastructure, in your voice, with nothing sent until you approve it.
Majvor is not an inbox tool. Give her an outcome and she drives it to done — across email, calendars and counterparties — then comes back for your sign-off.
An assistant who only works when you're watching isn't an assistant. Majvor watches your threads around the clock — and knows the difference between what wakes you and what waits for the morning brief.
Majvor reads and triages your mail, and drafts replies in your voice, from your address. Nothing is sent without your approval.
For coordination — bookings, scheduling, follow-ups, polite declines — Majvor writes from her own dedicated address, openly as your assistant. Counterparties always know who they're talking to.
Majvor runs on a dedicated private server provisioned for you alone. Your data never trains anyone's model and never sits in a shared SaaS.
Majvor drafts; you decide. No email, message, or change leaves without your explicit sign-off.
Slack as your command line. Your Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, and Signal for when you're on the move. Majvor fits into the tools you already live in — nothing new to install, no dashboard to check, no app to learn.
Each Majvor is configured individually on dedicated infrastructure, tuned to a single principal's voice, calendar, and priorities. Because that setup is deliberate, we onboard one new client at a time. Interested parties join the waitlist and are contacted personally when a slot opens.
We onboard one client at a time. Your Majvor is built for you, on your infrastructure, trained on your voice — not configured from a template.
A working session with you (or your EA) to map how you actually operate: your calendar habits, your key counterparts, what should reach you immediately and what should wait for the morning brief. This becomes your assistant's rulebook — reviewed by you before anything goes live.
We provision a dedicated, hardened server for your Majvor — in the EU, running only your instance. Nothing is shared with other clients. Your credentials stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant; access is granted by your IT admin through standard Microsoft consent, and can be revoked by you at any time.
Majvor gets her own mailbox on your domain (assistant@yourcompany.com) and connects to your inbox, your calendar and a private Slack channel — your command line to her. Counterparts reach her the way they would reach any assistant: put her on CC.
Majvor learns to draft in your voice by studying how you actually write — your sent mail, your phrasing, how formal you are with whom. Drafts start close and get sharper with every correction. She writes as herself when coordinating on your behalf, and in your voice when drafting for your signature — and always introduces herself as an AI assistant on first contact.
Nothing leaves the building without you. Every outgoing email and every calendar invitation is drafted, shown to you in Slack, and sent only on your explicit OK. As trust builds, you decide what she may handle with a lighter touch — the approval gate is yours to open, never hers.
One client at a time. Every Majvor is personally built, calibrated and supervised during her first weeks. That is why we don't onboard from a queue — we finish yours before we start the next.
A senior executive assistant is a €60,000-a-year hire, dedicated to a single principal. Majvor handles the coordination half of that role — inbox, calendar, follow-ups, bookings — at a fraction of the cost, and on infrastructure that stays yours.
We onboard one client at a time. Leave your details and we'll reach out personally when a slot opens.
